Lynne Clausen has over 21+ years experience in the Employee Benefits/Insurance arena. She began her career in the small group health market at Oxford Health Plans in 1995 as the Small Group Sales Team Manager and moved into the large group arena as an Account Executive Business Manager with CIGNA Healthcare in 1998. In 2000, she then spent her time with a couple of General Agencies (WS Vogel Agency, C&A Brokerage, BenefitMall, Slattery Assoc.) helping Brokers grow their business.
Now she runs her own sales and service organization so that brokers can concentrate on their product forte and she takes care of all the Employee Benefit programs along with Retirement, Social Security and Medicare. She's been recognized for her outstanding sales & customer service record. She is a member and Past President of the National Association of Health Underwriters NJ Central Chapter. She is a 1986 graduate of the Dale Carnegie Course in Effective Communications & Human Relations/Skills for Success and continues to be a graduate assistant and coaches throughout the years.
She holds various Licenses: Life & Health, Property & Casualty, Personal & Commercial Lines and Real Estate, Medicare Certified and has a Certification in Consumer Directed Healthcare. If there is a solution, she'll put you on the path!

Susan brings to us 28+ years of administrative management experience under her belt, Susan “Sue” Smigelsky has proved to be a reliable team player when given any tasks. She has worked in many positions as a front desk receptionist, friendly face of a company and then gradually moved through different positions such as Executive Assistant and leading the operations team. With her go-getter attitude and vision for a company, Sue goes above and beyond to ensure success for the team.
Sue works closely with Lynne Clausen assisting clients from the start of the quoting process through final application and she will continue to work with you throughout the years in order to make sure you feel at ease and address/answer any questions you may have.
Back home in Howell, New Jersey, Sue is a loving wife to her husband Tim, and a “Super-Mom” to her three children, Joseph, TJ, and Sierra. As a mother of 3, Sue is busy around the clock. Her family is her top priority, same as many other working mothers, but she's a great multi-tasker. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, hiking with her German Shepherd, Chloe, and ….. After all the years she’s put into the operations team, she’s proved to excel in both her professional and personal life.
Ron brings to us 30+ years of business to business, brokerage and wholesale sales. He started his career as a Prudential. He knows his products and can rely on Lynne & Sue to provide excellent service. He is a key point of contact offering advice and introducing new products. Many clients have indicated that they Love working with Ron and he is extremely friendly and personable.
He understands that clients have different wants and needs that help them achieve their financial goals. He gets right down to the nitty gritty and comes up with three solutions and recommends the best option.
